Queen Beautiful
Ebony Vision’s Girls Mentorship Program creates a supportive space where girls can grow, lead, and discover who they are becoming. While the program welcomes all girls, it is especially committed to uplifting and supporting African American girls through mentorship, encouragement, and opportunities that affirm their brilliance and potential. Through meaningful relationships with mentors, engaging activities, and community connection, participants build confidence, strengthen their voices, and develop the skills needed to succeed in school and in life. The program supports girls across elementary, middle, and high school, helping them develop self-awareness, leadership skills, and a strong sense of purpose as they grow into thoughtful decision-makers and positive contributors to their communities.
Men of vision
Men of Vision is Ebony Vision’s mentorship program dedicated to supporting boys as they grow into confident, thoughtful, and responsible young men. Through mentorship, leadership development, and strong community connections, participants are encouraged to explore their strengths, build meaningful relationships, and develop a vision for their future. Mentors and community leaders provide guidance, encouragement, and positive examples of integrity, responsibility, and service. By surrounding young men with supportive role models and opportunities for growth, the program helps cultivate strong character, thoughtful decision-making, and a commitment to contributing positively to their communities.
Lending Library
The Ebony Vision Lending Library is a community-centered resource dedicated to celebrating Black voices, stories, and experiences through literature. With a collection of more than 2,500 books—primarily authored by Black writers—the library provides access to stories that reflect history, culture, creativity, and excellence. Designed as a welcoming space for learning and connection, the library includes a dedicated children’s room with hands-on activities that encourage curiosity, imagination, and early literacy. Through its outreach program, Play, Read, and Belong, volunteers bring literacy-focused activities into the community each week while also distributing books at local events, helping ensure that families and young readers have access to stories that inspire, educate, and empower.
