Driven By Purpose, Inspired By Possibility
At the heart of Ebony Vision is a simple belief:
Community is strengthened through programs, partnerships, and initiatives that foster growth, leadership, and collective support.
Our Story
Ebony Vision was founded by Daisy Fraizer, Rufus Fraizer, and William Green in response to a clear need within the Fond du Lac community. At the time, Fond du Lac was and remains a predominantly white community, with a small but growing African American population. The founders recognized the importance of creating a space that celebrated African American culture while also providing connection, visibility, and support for Black residents living in the area.
Originally, Ebony Vision was created to expand understanding of the African American community while also serving as a welcoming and affirming space for the small minority of Black families in Fond du Lac and the surrounding region. As the city has continued to grow and diversify, Ebony Vision’s commitment to inclusivity and community engagement has remained central to its mission.
Ebony Vision is grateful for the vision, leadership, and dedication of its founders, whose passion laid the foundation for the work that continues today.

Our Approach
Ebony Vision believes meaningful change happens when people come together with shared purpose and commitment. Our work focuses on strengthening connections, uplifting African American culture, and creating opportunities that inspire individuals and families to grow and thrive. We bring this vision to life by celebrating culture through events and educational experiences, engaging the community through outreach and collaboration, and building strong partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and leaders that expand opportunities for education, leadership development, and lasting positive impact throughout the Fond du Lac area.
